In July 2019, the Imperial Group of Hotels, comprising four properties in Kuching and Miri, partnered with Core System Technologies to launch their digital loyalty program, One Imperial Rewards. This initiative aimed to increase direct bookings and improve guest retention by offering a seamless and rewarding experience.
One Imperial Rewards provides guests with features such as membership registration, instant room booking confirmations, and a rewards system that allows guests to earn points for their stays and redeem them for exclusive promotions and discounts. Since its official launch in November 2019, the program has attracted a substantial number of members, leading to a significant increase in direct bookings and enhanced guest loyalty.
By integrating Hello Loyalty, the Imperial Group of Hotels has successfully optimized their promotional efforts and strengthened guest engagement, demonstrating the effectiveness of digital loyalty programs in the hospitality industry.
