In 2018, Riverside Majestic Hotel and Grand Margherita Hotel, key properties within the SEDC Hotels Group, partnered with Core System Technologies to launch the Insiders Club Loyalty App. This digital platform was designed to increase direct bookings and enhance guest retention by offering members exclusive deals and seamless booking experiences.
Building on its initial success, the app underwent a significant upgrade in May 2019 with the introduction of version 2.0. This update introduced a reward points system, enabling guests to earn points for bookings and redeem them for instant rewards or apply them toward future stays. The enhanced app also expanded its reach by incorporating a third property, Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana Wing, thereby extending its benefits to a broader guest base.
