Tradewinds Hotel Group, which operates a collection of resorts and hotels across Malaysia — including properties in Pahang, Shah Alam, and Langkawi — implemented the Hello E-Invoice Middleware System to standardize and automate e-invoicing across their portfolio.
With one central hotel and five resort properties under their management, the group needed a flexible yet robust solution that could adapt to different setups while meeting Malaysia’s e-invoicing requirements. The Hello E-Invoice system delivered just that — integrating with each property's Property Management System to automatically extract, validate, and submit invoices in compliance with LHDN regulations.
By centralizing this critical process, Tradewinds streamlined operations, minimized the risk of manual entry errors, and ensured all properties were ready ahead of the regulatory deadline.
